TRICOLITE BL 108 process is a single shot concentrated Trivalent Passivation process which provides instantly, an intense blue colour on zinc and zinc alloy platings which achieves excellent corrosion resistance. This process is completely Free of Hexavalent Chromium and confirms to ELV RoHS and WEEE

  • pH 1.8 - 2.0
  • Temperature 20oC - 30oC
  • Immersion Time 2 - 20 seconds
  • Solution Movement Mild Air / Mechanical Movement
