Application

AQUALAC 330 is a water soluble clear lacquer for Copper, Brass, Silver, Gold and other plated articles. Aqualac 330 gives an invisible uniform film on the components enhancing the shine and protection from severe atmospheric conditions. The coating can be applied by way of spray or an immersion. A very economical process.

Operating Conditions

• Aqualac 330 100 - 200 ml/lt
• Distilled Water To make it 1 lt
• Time 10 - 30 sec

Application

AQUALAC 330 G gives a golden colour on brass plated articles to look like gold plated. The rest is same as 330.

Application

AQUALAC 440 is an advanced water based lacquer which contains anti-tarnish additives enhancing the protection of the original colour of the component. Can also be used for Zinc plated articles.

• Aqualac 440 100 - 150 ml/lt
• Distilled Water To make it 1 lt
• Time 10 - 30 sec
• Temp. Room

 

Application

ACRYLAC 660 is a thinner based clear Acrylic based clear lacquer which can withstand severe climatic and abrasive conditions.A uniform invisible layer is achieved either by spray or immersion.

Operating Conditions

• Acrylac 660 L 100 -200 ml/lt
• Acrylac 660 T Rest of it to make 1 lt
• Drying Temp. 60^o - 70^o C

 

Application

SUPERSHEEN 20 is a low build, a water-based acrylic lacquer which protects plated metal surfaces and solid brass. The electro deposited finish resists tarnish and corrosion and improves wear properties. It finds applications in lamp & light fittings, trophies, wire goods, gift items, plumbing fixtures, picture frames and locks, bathroom fittings, etc. The bath has a long life and easy and economical to maintain.
