Application

NISTRIP Nickel Stripper is a Two part system which rapidly strips Nickel, Nickel Iron Alloy, Nickel Cobalt alloys , Electroless Nickel and Cadmium from Steel, Copper , Brass, Lead, Tin, Silver, Aluminium, Magnesium and Zinc Die Casting Metal. NISTRIP is a simple immersion process which uniformily strips Nickel without attacking the basis metal. NISTRIP does not contain Cyanides and Caustic, therefore the bath has an excellent long term stability even at elevated temperatures.

Operating Conditions
  • NISTRIP A 6 - 7 Kgs (For 100 Lts Bath)
  • NISTRIP B 33 Lts (For 100 Lts Bath)
  • D.M WATER To make final volume

SUPERSTRIP MS

Application

SUPERSTRIP MS is an immersion stripper to strip Nickel, Copper, Zinc, Cadmium from Steel and its alloys. Generally, the parts are immersed in SUPERSTRIP MS solution at the end of the day and left overnight to strip. It chemically dissolves the plating and does not require any electric current SUPERSTRIP MS works at room temperature, however, the temperature can be raised if better speed of stripping is required.

Operating Conditions
  • SUPERSTRIP MS 150 gm/lt.
  • Temperature Room - 75oC

Application

ULTRASTRIP CR 10 is a two part system- CR 10 AND CR 10 X developed by PCI to strip Chromium electrolytically, and which also effectively cleans lead anodes used in the chromium plating tank by reducing lead compounds to metallic lead. The make up of the solution for surface conditioning, stripping chromium or cleaning lead anodes is 240 gms/lt ULTRASTRIP CR 10. The solution is prepared by dissolving the ULTRASTRIP CR 10 in the tank about two-thirds full of warm water (about 40o C) and then adding water to bring the solution up to the working volume.
